Introducing GeoSheet
GeoSheet is here — the spreadsheet that understands location and time.
A new kind of spreadsheet
Most spreadsheets treat your data as rows and columns — nothing more. GeoSheet is different. It combines the familiar grid you already know with native geospatial intelligence and temporal awareness, all powered by built-in AI. If your work involves real-world locations or data that changes over time, GeoSheet was built for you.
Whether you're managing field operations, analyzing sales territories, coordinating logistics, tracking real estate, or planning infrastructure — GeoSheet helps you see what's happening, where it's happening, and how it's changing.
Work with location natively
Geography is a first-class citizen in GeoSheet — not an afterthought you bolt on with a plugin. Type an address and geocode it in place. Calculate driving distances and estimated travel times between locations. Generate isochrones to visualize reachable areas. Work with points, lines, polygons, multi-polygons, and geometry collections right from the formula bar — no GIS software required.
Every GeoSheet includes an interactive map that updates live as you edit your data. Click a row to see it on the map. Click the map to find it in your sheet. Your data and your geography stay connected.
GeoSheet supports 130+ formulas, including spatial functions like GEOCODE, DRIVE_TIME, DRIVE_DISTANCE, ISOCHRONE, DISTANCE, AREA, CENTROID, and more — functions you won't find in any other spreadsheet.
See how your data changes over time
Go beyond static snapshots with Time Warp. Every edit across your entire workbook is tracked automatically. Use the timeline slider to scrub through your data's history — see exactly what changed, when it changed, and who changed it.
Compare any two points in time to spot trends, anomalies, and shifts. Reference historical values directly in formulas using the @ operator (e.g., =A1@"2026-01-01" returns what cell A1 contained on January 1st). Time Warp works across all sheets in a workbook, so you always see a complete, consistent picture of your data at any moment.
Need to clean up? The Manage History panel lets you trim history to a date range, copy a past snapshot to the present, or clear history entirely.
Let AI do the heavy lifting
Meet Geovani — GeoSheet's AI assistant that lives right inside your workflow. Geovani isn't a generic chatbot — it understands your spreadsheet structure, your formulas, your spatial data, and your map.
Ask Geovani to:
- Clean and standardize messy addresses, inconsistent formatting, or incomplete data
- Write formulas — describe what you want in plain English and Geovani builds the formula
- Analyze patterns — ask questions about your data and get answers with context
- Build charts — create visualizations from natural language descriptions
- Explore your map — pan, zoom, and highlight locations through conversation
- Bulk edit — update hundreds of cells in a single request
Geovani works with 35+ specialized tools behind the scenes, executing multi-step tasks autonomously. It can read your cells, write new data, create charts, manipulate the map, and more — all from a simple chat interface.
Collaborate in real time
Work alongside your team with live, multi-user editing powered by conflict-free replicated data types (CRDTs). See your teammates' cursors and selections as they edit. Changes sync instantly across all connected users — no saving, no merge conflicts, no "someone else is editing this file" warnings.
Organize your work with workspaces and control access with role-based permissions (owner, admin, editor, member, viewer). Invite team members to your organization, create groups for department-level access, and share individual GeoSheets via link with granular permission controls.
A polished, modern experience
GeoSheet ships with a clean, consistent design system built for productivity:
- Inline GeoSheet view — open spreadsheets directly from your dashboard without navigating away. The sidebar stays visible so you can switch between GeoSheets instantly.
- Card and list views — toggle between a visual card grid and a sortable table view on your dashboard
- Workspace navigation — breadcrumb-based navigation with quick-access workspace cards on your home screen
- Templates and Data Catalog — get started quickly with pre-built layouts or import public spatial datasets (US states, world countries, city populations, and more)
- Keyboard shortcuts — extensive keyboard support for power users, accessible via
?from anywhere
Import, export, and integrate
Bring your existing data into GeoSheet with CSV and XLSX import. Export any GeoSheet to CSV, XLSX, or PDF whenever you need it.
For automation, GeoSheet includes a Public REST API with full CRUD access to your spreadsheets, and an MCP server so AI tools like Claude can read and write your GeoSheets directly.
